At Tillys Tot Stop, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. We strive to make the process as seamless as possible to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags remain securely attached.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
